Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)

USCB America has established an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) as part of its overall strategy and long-range planning. The ESOP has been in place since 2004 and has numerous advantages in that the employees receive an actual ownership interest in the company in exchange for their years of service. The program provides a significant incentive to ensure that our personnel and senior management remains in place for many years.
