Steps USCB Is Taking to Help Combat the Coronavirus

As the world continues to react to the spread of COVID-19, USCB America wants everyone to know that the safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. We are here to assure you that we are doing everything we can to continue to provide you, our valued clients, with the exceptional services you have come to expect from USCB America. It’s why we’ve been a leader in our industry for the last 100 years and will continue to be once our nation emerges from this pandemic that has touched seemingly every corner of the globe.

As a 100% employee-owned organization, I have personally been able to witness some of the best out of our employee-owners these past few days. Rather than feed into the uncertainty that no doubt exists for all of us, they have run in the opposite direction choosing to roll up their sleeves and work even harder to ensure our clients are being provided not only with the services they typically expect and need, but anticipating and providing solutions for the challenges that inevitably lie ahead. I can say whole-heartedly and truthfully that I would be hard-pressed to find a better example of what the word dedicated looks like than what I have witnessed over these last few days. To that end, I continue to be grateful and amazed for all of their hard work.

We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking to help combat this crisis here at USCB.

First and foremost, we’re limiting all in-person meetings and encouraging the use of phone calls and teleconference options, meaning all travel options have been on hold until further notice.

Second, we’re establishing a work-from-home protocol for our team members, if available. They will have full access to email, AR systems and project information, and will be able to seamlessly work with you ensuring business continuity.

We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local authorities across the nation, as these updates are coming in continuously from across the country. We will continue to use the most up-to-date information from these various agencies in our decision-making process.

I am here to assure you we are doing everything we can to make certain you are informed, safe and healthy. Your well-being and that of your families is important to us. As we navigate together through this crisis, we need to stay positive knowing we will get through this and come back even stronger than before.

Thank you,
Albert Cadena
